Well thank you so much and Paul that's a wonderful ambition it really is and you know dogs are just so so good, well as long as the dogs behave themselves but you know just, you know it's scientifically proven, you know if you just clap a dog and your heart rate goes down you start to feel a little bit calmer and everything else, unless you're a puppy, you've got a puppy Odin who's doing zooming at the same time, that's just, but it does, and yes, and Helen's saying the same thing, she actually sleeps better when she's got a dog kind of lying close to her as well and within touching distance and all the rest, so it definitely does make a difference but no that's a wonderful wonderful thing and you know I've known of others that have done that kind of therapy, dogs say go out and do different bits and things so absolutely great, so and we say hi to Sandra for us there as well and of course to Cairo and Liga there, please give a wee Scottish squeeze myself and Helen that would be great and it's just wonderful to be able to compare notes, so of course now that Liga has been fully vaccinated I take it you'll be able to walk Vega along the the pavement and everything else and as well as just put the goggles on for your final ATV ride tomorrow, is Vega going tomorrow as well and just back to you one more time if you don't mind Paul.
