Good afternoon Jack and everybody on the net. Hope everybody's doing well. I am. My financing went through. Signed the final paper yesterday afternoon. I'm a happy camper. Now I got my three days, and if I don't like it, I can cancel it. Well, I got news for you. I like it. Get it done with. What's his name? The cable guy says, get her done. Well, that's what I'm doing. I'm getting her done. Next week's gonna be nice. Getting some checks, getting some stuff paid off, and I'm on my go for the first of the year, and I just sat it up the pictures this morning and stuff. And I'm gonna beat it by Christmas time, it looks like. So we shall see. Happy, happy days. Anyhow, rabbits are doing good. I got a cat that decided to come on my back deck and stuff and make home and stuff, but it don't stay there. Here's the door and it takes off. But otherwise, rabbits are doing good. Everything else is doing good around the property. Little breezy out here today. I've seen some big limbs go flying, so it's gonna be one of them days.
