Fire away, Michael. I'm sorry to hog the airways. You mentioned the YAGI. When I go out in the field, I set up my J-Pole John. I have the portable one that unscrews. It's one of the best antennas I have. And I set up my out-of-log periodic, and I have some 3-quarter-inch white PCV. I can rotate it. So I listen on the J-Pole John. The problem is when you transfer it on that, it goes 360. I hear a signal, and I turn the other one, and I point it at where I want to go. And I have a switch, and I switch back to the YAGI, the L-Log periodic. And if you look at my QRZ page, I'm on a beach just east of swim a little ways. And I got both the PSRG and the Lake Washington Ham Club repeaters. But the signal is so directional, if I turn the L, even 5 degrees, I would lose it. But I could check in from there. So both those antennas work great. Like you say, J-Pole John, I think my antennas are 1 to 1.01 and 1.02 for 2 meters and 7 meters, respectively. Anyway, don't mean to get so huggy on the air, Ron, but thanks for bringing up the YAGI issue. Whiskey Alpha 7 Alpha Delta.
