I always put it under my chin or on my chest. Too much of a chance, especially with the CPAP being pushed into your sinuses. My last bottle lasted me 10 years, and I finished it about four months ago. And I'm on a new one. But when I'm using the oxygen is when I usually put it on so that I can keep my lungs open at night.
