I would call that prepping. We do stuff similar and whatever vegetables, of course, we can't grow in our little spot, we look at the farmer's market or the grocery store, refresh produce. We'll find vegetables there that are yellow that's in season and we'll can those or freeze those. Yeah, that's kind of what I'm talking about when it's food prepping or meal prepping. It's almost like it's a skill going away. A lot of people don't prep, can their foods or mass freeze their foods anymore. They go to the grocery store three or four times a week and we're guilty of that in my house. We go there a lot. We have a kid that works there but it's easy these days to just go to the store and get what you want rather than waiting for it to be in season. November is well a fox shot. What do you do for meal prepping? Do you do any kind of meal prepping? I'm sending the mic to you.
