Apologize for the delay. I almost burnt my fingers with my coffee. I bumped that into the walls. I'm an idiot. Alright, um, yeah, so, it feels like you don't have to do a whole lot there, Rick. So that's good, that's good. Yeah, um, tickets for the news are, they can, they are mostly mild. I mean, I got the little, you know, the spigots you put over, the covers you put over your spigots, the styrofoam ones. You know, I got those and we put those on, but that's really about the most we do to the house. Um, this year we had, you know, some work done, some exterior work done, so they actually just kind of spent their gutters up yesterday, so we got new gutters and everything. So that should help too, uh, fill some of the gaps and stuff like that. So, uh, that's some of the rental preps that we have done. So let's see if anybody else wants to join in on the conversation.
