And J5 IRQ, this is KC2PKG. You know, I've been prepping for winter for about a month now. And I'm closing in on the end of it. Yesterday I drained the watering system on the deck. Pretty soon we're going to pull all the cushions off the chairs and put them in the boxes out there. And I got to make sure that all the hoses are drained around the house. Although you know what I did when after being here for a little while, you know, the contractors bought hoses and they bought the regular hard hoses. Because they thought, you know, that will get them a good hose. And actually, I think they asked me and I said, well, just get the best hose you can. I don't want the cheap ones. And I went back and I got the nylon ones with whatever it is, latex hose inside that expanded contract because if they happen to have water in them, and they usually do, in the winter, they'll freeze and break. And those ones don't. They do not break. So that's good. And I think that they're just much better, longer lasting hoses. So I got to do that for this house and Camp 2. And I'll go over to Camp 0, which it looks like, and this is sort of the age old conundrum. One person, one brother-in-law has some kind of Lou Gehrig's disease or something like that, and he's coming apart. He's barely able to walk anymore, anything like that. He's starting to think he can't use made anymore. And that house is a four-way split now. It's going to be a three-way split when they settle the estate. And then now he wants to be bought out. And so we're debating whether we've got the money to buy him out, which when we would own two-thirds of the house, I'm pretty sure the other person who owns it doesn't have the cash, the capital. But I don't like throwing away that much money for another house. Although, boy, it's neighbor control for me. It's right next door. And I'm not sure I want to just sell it to anybody. Anyway, that's what's going on, man. We've got a lot of things going on in the fall. The cleanup's almost done now. Back to you, KJ5IRQ.
