Jeff, thank you very much for letting us know how things are going on down there. I think you said 70 degrees and overcast. I couldn't read my writing there for a second. It is, at least here in Tacoma, about 54 degrees. And yeah, I don't think it's raining out there just yet, but we are on the precipice of what looks like at least a few rainy days in a row. Just in time for the group bike ride. Tomorrow, fantastic. And the squirrel is chasing and jumping. And yeah, I feel like this is the time of year where they've been around long enough where they can really leap. And it's before they kind of like go into their winter chill out mode. So I got some of those late season, I don't know, little skitters. It sounds like you got a really nice setup in terms of monitoring weather across the West Coast. And it's perfect. You check in often here. And I appreciate you keeping us up to date on what things are looking like out there in the skies.
