Things are good down here. Thanks for doing the net. Yes, Jeff, AB6MB on the San Francisco Bay. Today it was about 70 degrees out and kind of overcast. And not a real bright sunny day, but it's bound to happen eventually. Yes, running around chasing each other and, you know, jumping from tree to tree as they were chasing each other. It's just amazing how far they can jump from one tree to another. And I was just amazed. And my neighbor came over and we were talking on the patio and watching the squirrels doing their speed test training. And boy were they moving. And so it was pretty fun to watch them, you know. Rocky was running around as usual. And Princess showed up and Skidders was there. Oh yeah, Tiny was there, but she's starting to get a little bigger now. So maybe I'll call her half size. I don't know. But she'll be fine. And on my weather station front, I have a weather station for LA, Los Angeles, a weather station for the Bay Area, and another one for Seattle, which I watch off and on. And then I have my weather radar. It's showing a big huge front coming into the West Coast with some really angry orange in it. That's not good. So let's see what happens. I kind of wonder what the weather's like up there. So anyway, that's pretty much it. Oh yeah, just got this weird thing going on with DoorDash and the guy's doing as far as delivery. And once in a while, drivers just cannot figure it out how to get in here. But the other ones seem to have no problems. So one of those mysteries. I had to go out and double check to make sure what I think is happening is happening. But anyway, so with that I'll turn it back to Annette. Thanks for doing it again, AV6MB.
