Well hi there Jack, I'm not too sure Helen Queen of Scotland was saying something about how vampires got her for Halloween already, I'm not too sure. I think she's got a little bit of a, I don't know, maybe a cold starting or something. Again, a little bit of sniffles and everything else. But anyway Jack, great to hear you, sir, and everybody else on the new net. This is GM0UUB, it's Graham here along with MM7, Helen Queen of Scotland, and of course Puppy Oden. And Jack, I think I mentioned to you that we were going last night to the breeder's husband, who's a really good trainer of dogs and he does all the kind of various professional dogs etc etc. So yeah this reset button, you're wondering what the reset is. Basically, well it's very very simple, it's forget everything you've done in the last few months and start again. Really? He says yup. And he was quite impressed by what our puppy Oden could do, like heal and everything else. But he says all those things are just gimmicks, you need to have the basics absolutely perfect. And then you can add funny things and fancy things and make them dance and roll and this and that. But you need to have the very basics absolutely perfect and spot on. You're using the wrong lead, you're giving them treats as a food, as rewards instead of a ball. And basically he just kind of reset our thinking about training the basics in the puppies. So he said look, he's five and a half months old, he's had his puppy time, he's had a great play and everything else, he's spoiled him rotten and he's learned some good stuff but now you have to be pretty much a little bit more strict and yeah get him focused and he'll be looking to you forever more as the master and everything else. So I thought okay that's fine but not overly tough but basically just kind of stop all the kind of puppy training we've been going to for the last few weeks and start again with something a little bit different. He had some great techniques and I was very impressed. Anyway back to you Jeff, GM Zero, UUB.
