Well, good morning there, Tim, and Brooke's coming up and everybody else there this morning. We just got back home. Jane had to get some blood drawn at the hospital, so we drove into Overlake this morning and planned to have breakfast but decided to just come on home and eat here and not go out to breakfast. Other than that, it's 57 degrees. This is craziness. Oh man, I hope it's this warm in the rain on Saturday. So, anyway, looking forward to seeing everybody there. And that's about it. Not much else going on. I got my plumbing project fixed yesterday, so that part's all good now. I had to, the little pokey thing in your bathroom sink that makes the stopper go up and down broke. And so it broke off in the drain. So I took the P-Trap apart and everything to make sure that it didn't get clogged or anything else and discovered it was pretty disgusting in there. So I cleaned everything out. It looks a whole lot better now. And it's draining really well because it looks like it's brand new. So anyway, that's all that's going on here. Back to you, Tim.
