Hey, thank you Tim with Ski Alpha 7, Alpha Delta, Myclear and Kirkland. That's a great day, no rain. Got to pay some taxes, property taxes today. That's not happy about that. And then I'm going to finish one more branch to cut off, Amugo Pine that's growing into the sidewalk. I think our outside projects are pretty much done for the year.
