I noticed this is KC2PKG. Well, he's not getting his security deposit back. It sounds to me like the ballroom is like a multipurpose room for entertaining. And I think they're planning to do a lot more entertaining at the White House. So we'll see. We will see what goes on with that. Oh, and the price just went up. It went up from $200 million to $300 million. It's going to be more expensive than he originally projected. You know, I got up this morning and I saw something that I've gotten very used to in almost 10 years I've been living here. And that's Atlantic twilight. Because we're right on the ocean here, it lights up and the light goes through the water and it's conducting, you know, over the curve of the Earth. So before the sun gets above the horizon, the whole sky is lit up, all the water is lit up, and it's pretty wild. I put a picture of it up on Discord for your viewing pleasure. And it's just, you know, it's an amazing thing. And I remember it used to really blow my mind when we first got here and then I just got used to it. So I thought I'd share that. I thought it's pretty cool. The leaves are almost all down here. The other side of the lake is turning gray. You know, it was bright reds and greens and yellows and stuff like that. But now it's starting to get that almost like a smoke when you have bare branches that almost looks like smoke from far away. It's pretty cool. It's really a nice fall. And I still have got to put together my list for what I have to do today. But I'm sure there's a lot. We're going into town. We're going to get haircuts. That's the first thing.
