I'm being missed here, good evening, books and magazines, I remember everybody else on the net. Yeah, it's happy Thursday, I was listening to Anne's problems, I was structuring the book and all the rest of it, I just had a mammoth four hour audio book session, reading an epic, or listening, sorry, to an epic novel, so I understand her pain, but yeah, it's how do you do these things, I don't know. I used to, years ago, I used to proofread technical manuals of industry, I was told I used to write them and I used to proofread them as well, and oh dear, you've got to have your wits about you doing that. Oh it's so easy to miss one of the words, but on the technical side of things it was more a question of does it adequately describe in enough detail the procedure that you want people to understand, and sometimes that can be difficult and it's nice to approach a subject that you know nothing about and think could actually do what the technical manual's describing, does it give me enough information to do it, quite often it didn't, because it was written by somebody who knew what the system worked and assumed that the readership would also have the same level of knowledge which would probably not protect the majority of people who got the manual, so yeah, interesting times. Yes, I really was led better this point, I had another cup of coffee, I had my cocoa at about 3am, about 2 and a half hours ago, and I was so drunk it didn't go to bed and I really shouldn't have, I just thought I'll just listen to the next chapter, I'll listen to the next chapter and that's the way it goes. No critical reports here, I was going to move the glass on Tuesday, and I was looking out for a distraction thing, it was nice and dry and doesn't discharge me every weekend, but I'll be watching as the opportunity came and I was distracted again, although I have to be on Wednesday because it's getting a little bit long, it's its final cut of the year, and then of course Wednesday the heavens opened, I think it was Tuesday night the heavens opened, and it's been continuous as a rain ever since, I either need to get webbed feet, or build an ark, one of the two, or even both, I need to get the last nose for the last time this year, and clean the mower up and put it away, greased and ready for next year, the blade all sharp and ready to rock and roll. But yeah I'm unimpressed by everybody I know to get back onto HF, because I spend all my time on VHF and UHF, with simplex and repeaters and coming onto systems like the QTSM. So let me get round to HF, so yeah, also a couple of other things I need to do, one I need to get a full license in the UK, so I ordered the study manual for that, so hopefully sometime in the future, hopefully in the near future, I shall have a different call sign now, and I shall have a full license so I can operate from Europe, but also I can operate remotely, which I can't do on the middle level of license I've got now, and most cows are keeping it up, putting it out, and I need to stick with it. But I'm in a, how can I put this, a majority of people who I'm with are trying to do this, and we sort of get together, we have a little stint for a few weeks, and then somebody can't do it for one reason, and then somebody else can't do it, and it all falls apart again for about six months. Anyway, that's the report from the Shire, so with that, back to that control, back to your books, from Timmy0, all those in the Shire.
