I've got multiple generators, my radio power supply also is a battery charger and there's a big laser battery underneath the desk which is burning the charger and I've swapped over seamlessly, it's quite funny, we did have a short power cut once and the pace of the radio's kept going, it's absolutely seamless, I actually run off the battery, I've run the radio for 4 or 5 days, I actually hit it off once, not realising that it's the main job going into it, the battery back up just took over seeing if the other one had even noticed, and the radio for about 4 or 5 days started complaining of low voltage, so I switched the mains back on again. So yeah, it's not an issue, how can I put it, we have some strange currencies now together, there was one a few years back, obviously the areas were supplied with 3 phase electric and then it split down into single phases to deliver it to the houses to give us the mains 230 volts, I called this like the third 26 houses, and it was changing 13 years ago, where one phase went down and of course not all the houses and the streets were on the same phase, so all the houses had got no power and then the next door neighbours and houses up the street or down the street had got power, my house, we had a social media Facebook page to the street, it looked community-based, and I remember somebody put a thing on there and said oh the power's out, and I said no it's not, anyway what I did was I got a big extension reel, main extension reel, it wasn't raining anything up, I just put the end of the garage, ran it out to the front boundary and just put the thing on there and said look anybody wants power, but instead you can't put it into my extension reel in front of the houses, if you want to charge a phone or a computer, no restrictions, just come and help yourself, it was back off within an hour or two, I think the longest one we had was about 20 years ago with the substation caught fire, that was the first time we had had a fire, and we were off for about 4 hours, I had gas stoves, petrol stoves, generators, I'm not being prepared for any disaster, because I use it for camping, so worst comes to worst I've even got, what's it called, Russian pack heaters, you know you just put a plastic bag and put a bit of water in the thing, drop your Russian pack in, and ten minutes later there's steam coming out of it and you've got a hot meal, so you know, I've got no gas, no petrol, no diesel, no electric, I've still got these Russian pack heaters, so yeah, not a problem, not a problem, so it's not something we're worried about, it's there, and if it is there then yes we have the web is all to deal with it, but yeah, not that you're worried, I mean if I go down to the countryside it would probably be a more regular return to here and the town, how can I put this, not even worth mentioning, you know what's going to happen now, I said that, we're going to have a big power outage, but having said that it's not a problem to me, I have tins and dried foods, should power off for a long time and lose all the stuff in the fridge in the freezer, anyway back to you Jack, 2-0 LRB, so don't worry about me, I'll be fine, I'll be back, if the power can go off and I can still carry on, although nobody's noticed, only Jack 2-0 LRB.
