Well, tomorrow I don't know how dangerous it is, but I'm going to have a teeth pulled that's been giving me some trouble. He asked if I wanted laughing gas. I think maybe I'm going to try that, so maybe I can get the Novocain and laughing gas. My son had a teeth pulled and they did and he said he didn't feel anything, so I might try that. Maybe he was just out selling me to get more money. I don't know. I'm sure they cost more for that than just the Novocain. Anyway, I guess back in the early 60s, I had a 64-shelf Impala. Went hunting with my brother-in-law over in way far eastern Oregon. On the way back, we were between Pendleton and Hood River. A big, long, straight stretch and this car came up, I think it was another Chevrolet, and we kind of got into a race. I run that car up to like 120, I think, because it pegged the needle. I don't know if that's accurate or not, but anyway, I saw a state cop go the other way, going the other way, so I got off the gas and let him go on. Well, it wasn't long that the state cop came up behind me because I was going. You could go 80 back there in those days. That was before the gas shortage and they cut everybody to 55. Anyway, he went by me and just chased down that other car and probably gave him a ticket. But that's probably one of the dangerous things I ever did.
