Good afternoon, Jack. I'm doing fine. We had a rainy day here and read it until about a half hour ago. And now I'm seeing peaks of sunshine starting to come out. So our rain is done for the day and we desperately needed it. It brought down a lot of leaves though. We had yesterday was cloudy and very windy and it brought down a lot. And then the rain today brought down a lot of them too. But hey, we had a great weekend foliage riding with the ATV and we had friends that took theirs. And we just spent the day Saturday out on the trails. And we had some of the best color yet of this year. And it was surprising because it's so dry and I didn't expect it to be that dry conditions. I have some really nice pictures. And it was just a fantastic day. Chilly but nice and bright and sunny. So yeah, I think that moment for this year has passed. I don't know if we'll get another one or not. It won't be as colorful because we have a lot of bare trees right now.
