Okay, so it's like it's built onto a piece of webbing and then it's got Velcro back so you can put it around different sized shoulder straps. And the top of it, the red one, is sort of just a cluster of red that you might expect on a bicycle or something like that. And then the whole strap is like a ribbon that's all bright white LEDs and it's got a couple brightness adjustments on it. So you just reach up and hit the button and everything lights up.
