Joe, it's good to hear from you. You sound good this morning, and your puppy will definitely appreciate the run in the park. It's starting out to be a beautiful day. Probably a little bit of dew on the grass there, but dogs love running in the park, whether it's a little bit wet or completely dry. And actually, for weather, we're going to have sun today. High, I think, is supposed to get about 62 or something. So not especially warm. A little cool overnight, but not too bad. And tomorrow, maybe a little bit warmer. So we've got two days with the sunshine, so I encourage everyone to get out there and enjoy that. And I will thank you for your report.
