All electric, Brian, all electric, the whole cottage is electric. There's no gas or nothing in the cottage. The electric keys, we put in one of those mini splits in August. The end of August we put it in, it was. So, we're never there in the wintertime though, but... It sure comes in handy in the summer. We haven't really used it during the summer yet, but... When I'm up there in the winter, like this time of year, it's perfect. It's just perfect to get up and it's... Doesn't allow for it to warm up, so there you go.
