I got to laugh at it all. I lived in Connecticut and I belong to the IDEW, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. They send me this flyer every year. And I remember what it looked like 30 years ago when I was working there, construction as an electrician. And now they showed a workforce. There's not a man in the picture anymore. They got these people. There's no man in the picture. It's unbelievable. The whole workforce changed completely. And now the problem is all the older men are retiring, are already retired. And the whole construction industry is just going to... I think America is just collapsing on itself. It's sad to see it too. I don't like it. But it's happening right before our eyes. It doesn't happen in Europe. They're all collapsed now. They're ruined.
