Well, they tend to overkill it with putting salt on a lot of the frozen stuff, right? Any time you get like freeze-dry or just getting crap in the can or, you know, your TV dinners and all the rest of it, it tends to be a major ingredient. I know because I'm actually supposed to lay off some of that because I used to get, if I was, there used to be a time when I would have, like when I kept eating nothing but those Marie calendars and the Stouffer's and those, you know, prepared, already made pastas and, you know, the macaroni that's already made that's decked out with all kinds of things in it. I started to have like the puffed up legs and feet and at first my doctor thought it was the gout. I'm glad it wasn't. But yeah, the end result was I had to take these water pills and then he said, lay off of that stuff. So that happened probably in 2015. So it's been 10 years and I've been mostly okay for the most part. I think I will see if we can keep that up.
