So something that came up in the last minute or so reminded me of a situation where I and somebody else came by and got assembled in a can and put it up, set up the IRD and were acting as a control. And we had this number on the front. We didn't have instructions. We just had a number. So we were adjusting what we could and the position and trying to get the highest number. And then when I came to work the next day, the engineering supervisor said, Well, you did a good, nice job setting it up, except the number on the front says bit error rate. So you set it up for the maximum bit error rate that you could get before you didn't have a signal. So it really helped to have the instructions. And in fact, I put together an e-band dish in the lead-on pub. And I went back to the supervisor. It wasn't that they put the hub together both sides. They welded the others out of position. And the instruction activities didn't work out. I told the boss, No, that can't be. I checked it out. Yep, gotta ship it back. So there's things that somehow your boss may not believe it's right. Sometimes you're right. And, you know, finding a, when I'm not working that radio, I find a way to put a loop on this thing and not use the center cable here to kind of weld and not express the thing.
