This is KN4LBS, this is Z. And like always, I woke up and gave gratitude to be allowed to work. And just speaking with a lot of patience. My Windows is working from the old computer. And I did accomplish putting in a downloaded Linux mint and putting it in, using it in the drive, but it didn't have a partition. My first video didn't say to make a partition. So every time I shut down the drive, anything that I did would just go away. It would not save. So I looked that up, and it is because I didn't do a partition. So I tried to do one with 150 gigabytes of partition, but it wouldn't go. So three hours passed, and it got stuck. So now I tried it at 100. It got stuck. So now I'm at 80 gigabytes partition. And it's up to 71. But it just takes patience to think to do these things. And I believe I have some still left in my old age. But anyway, I'm still working on it. When I did have the Linux running without no partition, I really liked what was in there. I use LibreOffice now in my Windows. I don't use the Windows license software there, like Word and all that. I don't use that. So what they have in Linux seems to be things that I'm already using. So I might make a transition. I might wipe out my Windows, but I'm still trying to format a drive. And then I want to do a backup of my Windows stuff. We'll get there eventually.
