That's the stuff that makes your hair turn gray. You have to do all that stuff. I was worried about it because I was worried you were going to have the same problem once you installed the operating system. Try installing the software. You're going to learn a lot one day. But if it's that easy, maybe I'll look at it again. I haven't looked at it in years. After I got rid of the IRLP system, I formatted it right off the hard drive. I guess it must have came quite a way. I haven't used it in 25 years. Get a Chromebook. But still, this is much, much better.
