They build houses differently in each part of the country. Yeah, and you get the tornado warnings and stuff, you gotta have a space or something. But up here in Canada, I think the lot that I bought, I think it's Fedrock underneath. I think it has, the guy was telling me, it has this topsoil there, but right after it goes right down to Bedrock. So, you know, you're using dynamite. And they had a building, the guy, I seen this in Wallingford, the Bond Build Builders. He had a big garage and he'd set up the 2x6's in the jig and he'd make a wall. And if he had a window in that wall, the jig would already have that window rough opening. You know, same with the doors. And they'd build that. They'd set all one thing, that's just one wall, and they lay it down on the flatbed. And then they build the other three walls and they put that on top. Then they go out to your foundation and they put the four walls together and throw a roof on. And they, hey, do you know how much money they charge for the next year? $20,000 almost if you have to do the whole thing. It's so simple just to do it yourself. You know, to do a wall. Lay it down to do a wall. Me and my friend could do a wall in probably a couple hours. You know, even taking our time, you know, and just putting a wall up is nothing. But that's the convenience you're paying for. Of course, you need wires up the wires and the plumbing and everything. I mean, if you don't know how to do it, it's an easy way out. But it's expensive. Yeah, that tornado's gonna spin your ass out of the universe. Best believe. And okay about tapping them walls.
