And there was a problem with the city of St. Paul. They wouldnít let the transaction go through. And I was lucky. I got $4,000 back. He kept $1,000. They wouldnít even give me my $5,000 back. They only gave me $4,000. He kept $1,000 for the lawyer piece. Iím not doing this for free. So you got to watch real estate agents. But this guy that split the land up, he did it right because I talked to one of the owners of the land down there. And he was pretty happy. Everything went through. Thereís going to be no problems. But, yeah, glitches like that can ruin something, especially if youíre moving and you got a glitch like that that could take a year or two to fix everything. All your plans can go right down the toilet.
