How do you legally separate the land if you guys are buying this one plot together? Because that's usually a really big pay-to-man's for the United States to be a... sit there unless they buy 10 acres and you're gonna split it 5 acres each. Then you gotta go through the zoning and get a surveyor out there and divide the lines and register the plot and all kinds of crap.
