Yeah, yeah, and oh, and sewers are important. I already mentioned that to my friend. There's a river, a brook that goes across the property. It's actually the property line that splits my property from the guys in back. It's 1,200 feet there. You know, you don't have to go build right next to the river because the septic system, they aren't going to allow that. So yeah, the septic system is easier for the guys. You buy the septic tank, it comes in, you have to hole already dug for him, he'll drop it right in. And you can engineer it yourself with some stone, you know, you buy some stones and just put it in. Try not to spill the septic tank up. Make sure it has a hatch or somebody can actually empty it for you if it needs to be. He's going to get the well too. He's paying for the well, but he's got the money for the well. I had to chip in. Yeah, so it's an investment that everybody's sort of working together on.
