We're going to build him his house. He's going to have the foundation put in by the foundation people. From there we can take it, you know. He's also a roofer, so he knows what's involved with putting up everything. I put houses together before when I was in trade school. So it's not a big thing. Really, he's going to just take the beat. He put the foundation in, the house will be up within a week. I mean, not finished. You've got the roof, you've got the siding, but at least there's a shell then. He's going to put a small two bedroom house up. Nothing big. I was thinking about either going with a mini, something small. Either that or I might go with a 24 by 24. Just simple. Nothing fancy. All I want is a wood stove in it with some electric baseboard heating panels and a hot water tank with an air conditioner, and I'll be happy.
