Yeah, the province I'm moving to will be New Brunswick. We were going to buy the land last year. It was really a funny story to go along with it. I told the guy, no problem, we're buying the land and everything. We're going to get this going. By the time my friend got home, he got what you call it, scared. He said, it's too far, it's too much, I don't want anything to do with it. So he sort of backed out and had to call the guy back to say we're not buying the land. He was not happy because he showed them, he took the day off to show them the property and stuff. So he was pretty upset. About ten months go by, they decided they want to buy the land again, that exact same spot. It was still for sale, but it went up $5,000 because almost a year went by. He let it go for the same price. The province, I don't think you know where to look on the map. You see where Monkston, New Brunswick is? I'm about 45 minutes by car to the southwest of Monkston. Elgin or something? Peter knows how to pronounce it. Elgin or something, I bought six acres on Green Road. It's an unpaved road, but it's way out in the country. There's no one there, no neighbors, no nothing.
