This is KA9EHV Ann. Good evening to everybody on the net. Good evening Brian. And great to be here. Let's see, I went to church this morning and I sang my song, Alters, which can be found at aislinn.com. You can go there and listen to the song, Alters, and hear a better version of it than you're likely to hear from the service that was streamed and recorded. And then after that I went to a harp circle and played Loja Erozer, Blooming slash Ile Ne, and Leader of the Band. And playing Leader of the Band, I became aware that if I play guitar earlier in the day and then switch to the harp, a lot of my repertoire sort of slides over into the guitar part of my brain and then doesn't seem, it's like I'm playing it but I can't quite make my fingers find the harp fingering because the guitar fingering is still looming and the odd thing is the two hands do very different things on the two instruments. So the left hand on the harp plays the bass and the right hand the treble, but on the guitar the left hand would finger all of the notes and the right hand would play all of the strings. So it's a weird little conjunction there and it was kind of funny to watch myself try to figure out the introduction to Leader of the Band which is a very definite little hook. Other than that, not a lot going on. Had a good day in church, had a good day at the rest of the day and got to meet some of my harp playing friends and it was great. That's about it. 73-33-88. Thanks to Brian for doing the Nat and thanks to all of you for being here and listening. That means so much to me. You're all great. This is KA9, AHV, back to Nat. Hey, thank you for that report Ann. It sounds like you had a great day there. Love the harp circle. That sounds like a lot of fun there. I know what you mean, the left hand, the right hand. See for me, being a violin and viola player, yeah it's all that left hand. But the funny thing is when I go to a piano which is I guess would be similar, left hand bass, right hand treble, I still do better with my right hand on a piano than I do with being right handed as well. But in so many other aspects of my life I do things better left handed. My dexterity is actually better on my left hand. Anyway, I will leave it at that there. So anyway, have a great evening there. Have a great week coming up Ann. And we will catch you down the log here. Alright, up next on the 9 o'clock net we are going to see how David is doing. KE7, KJR. How are you tonight? Please come ahead with the report. Thank you very much. It's good to be coming in tonight. I've fired up my ham station here for the first time in a while. I'm getting ready for some more ham activity in the fall. And it's great to hear about Ann and her day and just all that exciting stuff about multi-instruments. I play a few myself and it's interesting to see how your brain reacts to switching from one to the other. I was also, I picked up an RTL-SDR over the weekend and I've never really played around too much with software defined radio. And it's just amazing that you can plug a little USB dongle into your computer and then just scan all over. It's kind of interesting. It gives you a different sense of how wide the bands are, how narrow, where our spaces are on the ham, where everybody else is. So I've had a lot of fun doing that and I'm working to get my HF rig back on the air with a new long wire antenna. So that's about here. I went down to Normandy Park and I had a great day. I went bicycling just as the rain was stopping early this morning. And I went with a friend from Beacon Hill down to Lake Washington to Leschi Starbucks and then back up the hill. And I've just taken it easy here. So back to you to the net and this is K7KJR 73 All. Sounds like an Eagle song taking it easy there. But yeah, I support that 100%. So hey, glad you had some fun bicycling and glad you got the radio fired up. I hope to hear you more. More check ins on the 9 o'clock net. Also the new net that we have every day. So yeah, great hearing you tonight. And yes, those SDRs can be a lot of fun. I will admit since I moved in March, I lost like my SDR. I have a bunch of different antennas because you know when you're sweeping through the different bands, you got to hook up some different antennas. And I don't know what happened to the antennas. I also hooked mine up to a Raspberry Pi and then have an app on my phone. And then I can do a whole bunch of stuff on my phone. It's kind of an expensive app. It's like 20 bucks I think. But heck of a lot of fun there. So hey, glad you're playing radio and I hope to hear you more down the log here. Have a great one there David. Alright, I'm Brian, KE7, KZH, this is the 9 o'clock net. Next up on the list here is Gregory, November 6, Zulu, Foxtrot, Mike. How are you tonight Gregory? Please come ahead with the report.
