I'm in the east end of Toronto, where we have a balmy 21 degrees at the moment. And I'm overdressed. I would just like to say that I got licensed in the mid-70s, but for 40 years I was offline, so to speak. And just a couple years ago came back. So I still don't have a familiarity with digital modes, and mostly on HF. And I feel like that's where the future is for fun for a bunch of us who are in my boat coming back after a whole bunch of years, and after a working career and having retired. That's where I think we see the fun. I'm not on the handy-talkie too often. It doesn't seem to be a whole lot of activity aside from some of these green nets. And some of the repeaters are disappearing in Toronto. And I don't know, I've seen people do the digital modes, some friends of mine, and I don't quite see what the interest is in them. So to me, sideband CW on HF is where it's at in the future. Over.
