The distribution I use is called Linux Mint. Their main version has what's called the Cinnamon Desktop. And it's the one that Linux Mint developed this desktop, oh God, must be like 15 years ago, something like that. Because there were some changes made to another one they didn't like. And it's very similar to how Windows works. I use a different desktop, but it's because I like to really play around and play with things. But no, it's LinuxMint.com. If you click on just a download link on their front page it'll give you the Cinnamon Edition. Which is where I would recommend you start. It's a really great distribution, it's a really nice desktop to work with. If you YouTube it you can see other people using it, see what it's like if you want to look at it before you try it out. For me it's a great place to start. I had my little mom on it until she passed. She had been running Linux for like 20 years. Everybody, my step kids, everybody is running a version of Linux in my family.
