Well, in Toronto, 40 meters has a nickname. They call it the subway band because subways interfere hard core with 40 meters. So does the street cars. So all day through 40 meters, we have to hear all day just like that and you hear it on every channel. And it's the hum of the engines and that from the street cars and the subways. Another way to kind of create that phenomenon was I remembered like if taking the school bus to school and if I was listening to 680 News or if I convinced the driver to put it on or maybe they were listening to something else, as long as it was AM, when a street car come up behind us, you would still hear the station but loudly, very loudly you'd hear and then you'd hear it fading away as they drive away. So yep, the street cars and the subways tear up parts of HF but especially 40 meters.
