I'm back for the third time, I guess. After my very, my first check-in was kind of lackluster, but anyway. So Day Tripper, I hate to tell you this, but Day Tripper came out almost 60 years ago. It was the end of 1965. Day Tripper came out. It was what they called a double A-side single. It was like on each side there's a song. The other song was We Can Work It Out. But yeah, it's always great to hear John talking about his learning to play guitar. Actually not just learning, just playing guitar because it sounds like he's really making a lot of progress. Day Tripper is a really fun song to play. There's a really great version of Day Tripper. Of course the Beatles version is incredible, but if you want to hear a Day Tripper on steroids, look for Jimi Hendrix doing Day Tripper. He did it on, so in England they used to make artists play live on the BBC. Instead of just playing the records, they'd actually have to go in and play songs. So whether it be the Beatles or the Stones or Jimi Hendrix, they would go in and Jimi Hendrix would play Purple Haze, Foxy Lady and Fire. But he'd also play these other songs. One of the songs was Day Tripper. It's just a really high octave version of the song. Something related to 50 years ago. This is repeater station Kilo Kilo 7, November Quebec November. This is the back recently. So when you think of the beginning of the pandemic, it kind of seems like yesterday, not too long ago. But if the Beatles had appeared on the Ed Sullivan show, which is where they really started in America, if that was the beginning of the pandemic, the album Abbey Road, their final recorded work, would have come out a month ago. So that's how much time within five and a half years or so, six and a half years, they put out so much music. Nowadays, bands will put out an album every five years. Radiohead hasn't put out an album in nine years. But the Beatles, they put out an album every six months. It's just crazy. So anyway, I just thought I'd bring that up. A KG7 ODB, back to that. KG7 ODB, K7 WSB. Yeah, well, thanks for bringing the dates up there. That is interesting. I remember hearing Daytimer in 1965. And I remember, I think it was like you said, in 1970, I think I was driving down the street in Pasadena when I heard that the Beatles were breaking up. And I was shocked. It was just amazing. But they're wonderful, wonderful songs. I'm not much of a musician, but I know a little bit and can read music a little bit. I don't play the piano, but some years ago, my nephew gave me a Beatles' fake book. And so I'd sit at the piano and try and play those chords, just trying to figure out those chords, not playing well, just trying to understand the music. And even to my very untrained ear, the chord progressions are just so cool. It's such interesting music. Very good. Well, thank you, Dean. Thanks for contributing that. Let's see, we had an I.O. from Ryan, KK7 CSG. Anybody else out there want to chat? Call sign a name, please.
