Well, good evening to Bill, buenas noches to Rich, and good evening to the rest of the net. This is Ann, KA9EHV. Well, let's see. The book that ate my lunch is slowly proceeding, changing as we go because certain scenes seem to have dropped out of the file queue. I don't know where they are. We couldn't find them, and so now they have to be rewritten. But because I've written stuff that comes after them, now they're going to be different. This is making me absolutely crazy. And to add to my misery, my writing partner, that would be KM7ALY to you all, Rob, has a hold of one of my characters. And he wrote a beautiful piece of dialogue for said character. I hope he can email it to me. Anyway, if anybody else wants to join this fray, you can let me know by email. I'm good on the QRZ page. And I'll send you the canon and some of the rest of this story, and you can have fun with it. We can all dabble in it together. Maybe eventually something will emerge from it that looks like a book. Anyway, $73.33.88 to all of you. Thanks to Bill for doing the net and to all of you for listening. You're all great. This is KA9EHV. Back to that. Bill? Well, Anne, you're really just putting this thing together as a group project. You're getting contributions from other radio amateurs. That's a great idea. And if you want to write a mystery, you can write a mystery about the missing chapters. Where are they? Well, good, Anne. Thank you. Let's head down to Santa Cruz and catch up with Peter, KA6RAX. Peter, come ahead. Anne, good evening, everybody. I know we've been having really good luck. We only got rained out one day so far this year, but we're getting into the winter. And it was at 7 o'clock. It was about 48 degrees, which is about the coldest it's been. And our swap meets started at 8, and it was chilly and windy and everybody's bundled up. 10 o'clock, we were at shirtsleeves and shorts, and the sun was beating down. We don't have a big swap meet, but it was pretty good, and we had a little barbecue and such. So, you know, a lot of ham talking going on. ... You know, we need the rain, but it's nice when it rains at night when we're asleep. Back to you, KA6RAX. Well, Peter, were it only so easy to just wish for rain at night? We're doing that up here, but most years we don't come anywhere close to making it. And today was, how cold it was today, but it was, yeah, it was 50 most of the day. It's probably 48 right now. Yep, it's cold. We're all going to die. But I know somebody who's not cold and is warm and comfortable, and I bet it's sunny because he has headed south of the border, and that is our good friend Rich, WD7J. Come ahead, Rich.
