I find it pretty hard to conclude that there isn't life out there, even advanced life. In fact, I would say advanced life is probably much more rare than finding less sophisticated life, like microbial life. But I still think advanced life is in the universe. There's probably advanced life out there that's further along than we are. Considering that we measure our progress by our evolutionary timeline, but some other species out there may evolve much, much quicker than us. So we know we'll see a period of 100,000 years of species out there may have exponentially evolved past us. But no, I think there's life out there I find absolutely mind-boggling if there wasn't. And I also find it mind-boggling if there wasn't advanced life out there, and probably life out there much more advanced than we are.
