It's actually closer to a four alarm chili. I make it in multiple pots because I don't have a pot big enough to really hold the amount I want to make. And so I end up sort of mixing it back and forth, putting spices in different ones, cumin and other things. And then I just sort of stir it, let it simmer, and then scoop it up with a ladle and mix it between the pots so that they're all about the same flavor and the same amount of spiciness over time.
