Good morning Teresa and Dana and everybody on the net. This is Dean KG7 ODD. My day has been disrupted by John KG7 WOI checking in earlier. I don't know. It was great to hear him. Hear him early. And I hope he enjoys the Husky game. But it messed me up a little bit. I just must say. A lot of interesting topics this morning. Yeah the Mariners last night getting that grand slam near the very end. Yeah I got to agree with Brooks. Rick Rizz is a really great announcer. Total pro. If you don't have. If you're not able to get a game on television. There are some people who just elevate the game a little more than others. Rick is one of those. Yeah this idea of being a snowbird. As I get closer to retirement. That's something I think about all the time. While I do have a little bit of a foothold in Arizona. My sister lives in Phoenix. I'm not sure if I want to live down there. Just because. Well I spend too much time because it is a little bit hot. But I have found the more I go down there. I do get used to the heat after a certain amount of time. In fact I found myself when I was down there last time. Like a hundred and three. I was just like sweating. She's lived there for like twenty years. I was going this isn't really too bad. I think the thing that makes me the most nervous is hearing about the electricity bills. That people have down there. When these several hundred dollars a month for air conditioning. I'm leaning more towards the idea of taking more extended. When I get to retirement. Extended trips like two weeks here. Two weeks there. Doing an airbnb thing every once in a while. But yeah. Anyway good to hear you back. Hopefully I'll see you next week at the Rain or Shine PG-70DB.
