Hi, good morning Teresa and good morning to Dana. 33 to you both, it's good to hear you on the net. I am, I'm still, I'm still literally waking up. Andy and I are still in our PJs in bed, hearing the hustle and bustle going on out in the hallway. Yeah, we had a good night last night. I went and visited a good friend of mine who lives out in Montlake Terrace and we went, their kids go to an elementary school close by and we went to their fall fest. So Leo and I went to a fall fest and it was very loud. That's about all I got out of it. It was very loud. There was so much noise, so much loud noise. I don't know if, I don't know when the last time you and Dana were around, just, it seemed like millions of elementary age children being fed candy. It was so loud, so much, so much. But yeah, so yeah, but we had a good time. Honestly, we had a good time. Yeah, but today, I don't know what I have in store for today. So far I am waking up. I see coffee in my future, definitely. But otherwise, I don't know. I just want, I felt like checking in. I haven't heard the two of you speaking so long, so long. I just wanted to say hello, hello, hello ladies. I'm glad you had a wonderful vacation. I'm a big, big fan of the desert in the winter. In the summer, not so much. But yeah, I get it. Snowbirds, do it, do it, do it.
