Hey good morning Rich. Yeah that's I think that we you know the nice thing is you know like I mentioned we have at least five years. I think Dana wants to continue working for another five years and I've got it probably a good ten years left in me so I think we've got some time to figure it out and yeah the heat is definitely a consideration down in the New Mexico. Actually it's funny because we were thinking originally well what about you know our friend Ron went down to Arizona in the Phoenix area and that seems way way too hot for me and so you know New Mexico being a little bit more of a high desert we thought you know it tends to be about 10 degrees hotter than you know here in the Pacific Northwest generally speaking but it was the first couple days we were there it was really really hot. I think that there's something about being closer to the Sun maybe that less atmosphere to block the rays that makes the Sun a lot more intense so anyway I don't know I'll quit complaining.
