Alpha Echo 7 micro, I'm always hearing it most of the time. Anyway, there used to be an app for the phone that was for distracted walking. It would open the camera on your phone so you could see through the phone. I haven't been able to find it for about two phone contracts. I would suppose that they decided that probably wasn't a good idea. As far as liver goes, if you start sweating the onions and add in the fan and then you put egg and flour, put that on your liver and any spices that you think you might want. Then you set that liver on top of the onions and put a top over it. By the time the onions are sweat down, the liver is ready and they turn it over. That's a good way. As far as cheesecake goes, I'm a big cheesecake eater. I used to make my own, but it's been a while. That distracted walking program, that was always somebody saying, I'm not looking up. I said, because I'm looking through my phone. They all couldn't believe it. Not a lot going on here today. We're still pretty dark outside. I've been doing research to show her how to maybe back some of that junk off in her body because I'm a self-taught herbalist and being a master chef, I do things like that anyway before I time out.
