Bill would be correct. All right well I'm working on my watch bands. I've got I took out two links and that wasn't quite enough so I'm trying to decide if I want to take out two more or just one more. Plus I wanted to take it out from the other side to try to keep things even on the watch. But um this one is red and it's got a gold stripe and it's metal so it kind of looks like an Iron Man type of thing. Then the other ones like a titanium, raw titanium and then orange. So I'll have to take a picture of them put them up on the group. But um yeah I got ended up getting four, five, five more watch bands because Teemu was having a sale. So I went on there found some got some items as well and got those from my wife and my daughter. But um guilty pleasures yeah I mean the heart doctor was telling me you know that I should try to get my cholesterol that I wasn't in the high range but I was you know pushing the top of the low range. And so he put me on robo satin or something and when I went in for my physical my bad cholesterol was so low that their device didn't register it. But my good cholesterol was down because I wasn't getting enough exercise. So um but you know you know he talked about you know certain things to avoid. One of them was you know red meat you know and I was always a medium rare kind of guy when it came to my steaks. So I've been trying to do more medium well so well when I do get my steak because you know I like my steak and eggs there at the casino. And you know I've been cutting back on eating candy you know other things like that but that's going along with my my weight loss trying to lose some weight here. That's about it. I know one thing that Darryl's gonna say and that's cheesecake. They haven't had cheesecake in a while and I think I might get some soon. But uh I don't have the bad reaction that Darryl has so I can eat cheesecake you know fairly safely. But I will say so many treat. Catch everybody tomorrow and I love you.
