How are you doing? Well, I've been busy. My computer wants my face. Okay. I've been doing updates on my computers. I usually wait until I get home so I have the good Wi-Fi for all of that. Don't use them a whole lot while I'm out on the road so don't have to worry about it too much. And then I'm boiling some water and make some noodles. And then I'm working on getting coffee. But my wife bought me this new box of creamers and I have to figure out how to get this thing open. Child proof. But after that I'll be getting ready to go out to my mom's and to my daughter's house. It's still early here. It's only 5.37 so I'm trying not to make too much noise. Don't want to wake my wife up any earlier than she needs to get up. She tends to be a much nicer person if I don't wake her up too early. But what else? There we go. Yeah, great to have that one station from the U.S. there in Newfoundland. Hope he enjoys his breakfast. One of these days I'll get out there and try it. But by then that will make three meals for me. Just don't eat as much as I used to. Which is good because that's what you need to do in order to lose weight. I weighed myself this morning down to 220. So I'm on the right path. One house was there. But I need to eat my noodles so I can take my pills. Because if I take all my pills first thing in the morning without eating breakfast then I end up with a sour stomach. And then I'm not taking the pills because they all end up in the toilet. So with that, on that note, back to Kevin at VHHS-CMI.
