Well, hello Rebecca, this is Justin kk7 QES, I love the chess report For some reason I can envision you and Jeff sitting in a park You know playing speed chess for high stakes Probably not. I don't know he you both seem way more relaxed Than playing speed chess for high stakes, but that's cool that you're both into into chess Alright I will talk about baseball in a bit but what else was going on today No, I'm gonna talk about baseball so I know not everyone is a sports ball fan So I'll try to take this in a more relatable direction I'm I am so excited about what's happening with the Mariners right now. And the reason is because I Feel like my family has this kind of emotional connection To the team over the years and there's just lots of memories that we have shared with myself and my parents and Me and my grandparents and all that stuff good, you know going to games in the kingdom We were talking I had my parents over a few nights ago And we were reminiscing about this game that went super long and I was in like probably fourth grade or something like that You know a 15 15 inning affair and we realized okay, we have to leave because I had school the next morning and We got out to the parking lot and our car was blocked in and so we went back into the game And watch the the conclusion of the Mariners one It was a really fun memory and then just you know listening to the broadcast on the radio with my grandfather Who he was a sportscaster himself and him telling me? Why Dave Niehaus was so special and Anyway tonight I got to sit on the couch with my girls my wife was over at a friend's house and the three of us just kind of took it all in and screamed our lungs out when Gino hit a grand slam it was a really kind of special memory for me I think there's a lot of folks out there in our city that Have shared memories like that of the team so it's pretty cool and just Makes me think about people that I love that aren't here anymore, so that's kind of special Okay, what else tonight so we had amazing red lentil? Curry soup for dinner my wife makes such good soups she She made this and it's like a go-to for her. Oh my word. We hadn't had it probably since last fall Oh delicious I'm gonna try and make a Greek lemon chicken soup for dinner coming up this week That's all I got Rebecca.
