okay 7k well I would imagine when you get all these checks that they get well taking it from one account to the other I imagine you know I know it does add up and you know we one done had a house what did you know had to go to the title to get the check for the box seller and it wasn't ready yet well it was supposed to be ready that day and they were exactly playing that game because it was like a hundred thousand so when you can hold a check for another day or two with interest on it in an account you know before you take the dispersal out of an account yeah there's a lot of money can be made there so you know like a bank that is going to give the buyer the money from the seller to complete the transaction yeah there's a good chunk of money there that they can make they don't they say oh well wait another day and then we'll disperse the funds so yeah it does get money is money can be money so I'll send it back to you yourself TV
