Well, thanks so much to Nate and hey listen, we're doing fine. We're doing fine. And I don't know if you were here earlier, but I had my flu jab yesterday and I honestly did believe not, I'm only saying that. It's just tongue in cheek, tongue in cheek. But anyway, I looked at the adverts and I thought it does come with some kind of super power. So you know I had my flu jab and I'm still waiting. I can't go make myself invisible. I can't fly yet. I can't see through walls. I can't do laser cutting with my eyes, but I'm waiting on it. Maybe over the weekend something will happen. But anyway, yeah, I had the flu jab. Didn't have the COVID this year. So I just went for the flu and I feel actually quite good. Last year I felt terrible. I had the COVID one last year as well and I think back in the, yeah, for several days kind of. Yeah, so there we go. That's my story. But apart from that we're doing fine. Helen's doing okay, just kind of working away at the new medication and everything else and still kind of, yeah, it's going to be a journey and the audience is doing great. He's a challenge, but they're doing great. So yeah, busy, busy, busy. We're doing absolutely fine. Thanks for asking. Jeanette, over to you. TI-5 SSR, take it away. Graham, you did just remind me about what you said in the very beginning about, well, I don't know if cats do that. Jump around, just be laying there. All of a sudden they get a lick in their eyes and pow. Well, I got news for you, Graham. They definitely do do that, especially in their younger years. I'd be sleeping at night and they just come to life at night. So they're fraternal. So look out, man. We can hear them all night long. I don't know how Mike gets sleep, but a few times I woke up because I heard him attached to the wall in the living room. And when I went in there, they had pulled all my curtains. I just want to kill them. To be honest with you, I was like, Oh my God, I forgot how nice it is to have cats that were older and didn't move that much. They just look pretty like little statues. Trust me, they get really they can get really aggressive too. And they'll get that look too. And just all of a sudden they're they're they're everywhere. So especially when I got like five, you know, so they're basically all from the same litter. So you just never know what you're going to get into and when they're going to do it. And, you know, I the last time I took a flu shot was probably three or four years ago and it hurt. My arm hurt so bad. And I said, you know what? I've been doing this for twenty five years. I I'm not doing it anymore. And basically every time I took it, I still got the flu. So I was like, OK, you know, since I quit taking it, I really haven't gotten that sick and really done well. So don't think I need it anymore. And I don't want to go through that. My arm hurt so bad for not like a day. It was like a week and it was totally black. And I thought I've had enough. So I think I've got an immune system now for that. So I just don't do it. I'll throw it back at you, Graham. See what you got to say about those remarks. This is repeater station kilo kilo seven November. Well, Jeanette, you know, when you mention about the animals doing zoomies and everything else and, you know, sometimes you do. I think you even say you just want to kill them. Of course you don't really. But I think definitely Odin is definitely kind of challenging our, I don't know, maybe our patients. And even the trainer, we'd go to puppy classes and she said, yeah, you know, especially lab indoors. She says one day you hate them. The next day you love them to bits. And it goes on and on like that. And until they go up and mature, it's just the way it is. But I think my patience is just a little bit longer than Helen's because she says that you haven't quite gone so far to say I want to kill them. I just don't like them anymore. Next day, oh, he's so gorgeous. And he's this and he's that. So, yeah, you know, these three critters, the young critters, they really do challenge us emotionally. They really do. So I can laugh when you, well, I smiled when you said that. But there we go. But, yeah, I think I'm a little bit more patient than Helen. But maybe just a little. There are times. But anyway, yeah, but back to you. I've seen you have posted up on the email window your website, all the w's.11cats.org. That's one one cats.org. But I know Jeanette will tell you more. And, yeah, there was something else I was going to say. No, this is going to wait out of my mind. Have you seen your moment there? And there we go. Jeanette, back to you, my friend. Thank you.
