Good morning my dearest, yes I overslept. She didn't sleep well last night, nor am I a cousin either for some reason. But she flew in from the Bay Area yesterday so we had another lovely visit and she'll be here until tomorrow evening for my birthday celebration. And so yeah, Brody dear, thanks, we appreciate that. We've been listening for about the last 10-15 minutes and just talking, trying to keep it quiet for my cousin so she could sleep in a little bit this morning. And anyway, and it's only 55 degrees, boy talk about cold, too cold to go out, too cold to open up the house here. I'm so sorry Barbara, but Grandma I'm going to give you our prayers for her and your dad's oath, and for sure. And hi to everybody there, everybody have a good day and I'll turn it over to Joey here.
