I'm doing pretty good Ben, just throwing on supper actually. It's uh, I just had nine here I guess. I'll go back to home. Yeah 906. So it's time for me to eat. I've gotten into eating these little round steaks lately called beef eater steaks. They're like tied together with uh, with strength and they're round. Man, juiciest piece of meat I think I've ever eaten. Absolutely love them, I'm hooked on these things. I bought a bunch of them yesterday at the grocery store. And uh, they're just absolutely delicious. What I do with them is I cook them with the string on and I take the um, I take the string off afterwards and then I put them on a hamburger bun with some lettuce and tomato and they're just absolutely delicious. So, just firing up the air fryer there now to uh, cook a couple of those and uh, some french fries there, I got some lettuce and tomato, a couple slices of cheese to go on them. Yum yum, get you some. But yeah, it blows my mind boys how the um, ambassador to Canada from the United States came here a couple months ago and he couldn't understand Canadians cold attitude to the United States. He thought we were very hostile toward the United States, he couldn't understand why. Yeah, they kind of seem to have their head in the sand a wee bit. I'm doing the same thing as you, I've got some beef stoop on the stove warming up. Beef stoop is beef stew that you forget to put your thinking agent, so it's not stew and it's not soup, it's stoop. But your beef eaters, you used to have something a lot like that with the axe in Montreal, you want to take it up a little notch, wrap a slice of bacon around them before you cook them up bud, adds a whole new level of flavor. The funny thing about that ambassador was, he seemed to, he must have been trolling a lot on the internet and radio and the rest of it because he was even making comments about Doug Ford and the liquor. So yeah, I thought it was funny that maybe somebody told him that you should actually really know about some facts if you're going to talk about Canada to Canada.
